RETURNS

Returns are accepted only within 10 days of the ship date. Because we are a small studio there is a 10% restocking fee subtracted from all general returns. Exchanges are not subjected to the restocking fee. Please email welcome@welcomeprojects.com to alert us to your return/exchange. Clients are responsible for the cost of general return shipping. Please note we do not accept liability for loss or damage of returned goods during shipping. We recommend purchasing insurance.

In the event that an item is damaged, please email welcome@welcomprojects.com and we will arrange return shipment. 

SHIPPING

SHIPPING is non-refundable and paid by the customer. PLEASE make sure you have entered in your shipping address correctly. We are not liable for the shipping costs of items returned to us do to shipping address misinformation. Customs fees are the responsibility of the client. If items are returned because of unpaid customs fees shipping and handling is non-refundable. Items that are returned due to client related shipping errors are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

SHIPPING is free by USPS in the continental U.S. for orders over $150.00. Fed-Ex second-day is $35.00 for the continental U.S. Shipping for all WAGONs is $45.00. International shipping for all bags and accessories is USPS for $45.00. WAGONs only ship within the US, for international orders please email us. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING If you are shipping to a destination outside the US, on top of WELCOMECOMPANIONS’ shipping cost, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client. Again please verify your address information. 

Items will be shipped from Los Angeles, California (United States), with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require signature.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the US, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY

While we make every attempt to properly represent real inventory numbers on the Site, merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your items have shipped.
